In order to have an exclusively unbiased opinion there is a lot of factors. The choice of judges are based on those factors. And all and any judgement must be unbiased so it can be appreciated. No feelings must influence, the whole message has to be consider and there is no perfection. Judges aren't perfect, you are not perfect, judgment is something awfully inevitable.
Goal: If you are a judge remember to judge the only thing you are there to judge. Do not judge someone or something you don't understand, don't use judgement to hurt someone, it is to be use to help people realize certain wicker aspects of themselves. Don't take yourself for granted with somebody's judgement, you are your own judge.
