It's easy to say if people changed, the world would be better. It's hard for the world to change when everybody doesn't want to change, even though they agree it would be better. The change must start somewhere and it can be by you. Don't think because it's just you it won't make different, because that's the exact though from everyone who had the same idea to change for the better. But one make a difference, that's wrong if every single person had changed to what they idealize, maybe world wouldn't be in such bad shape.

Goal: You have the power to change yourself and to inspire others to do it too. And you have the power to change the world by simply change yourself.

Yesterday VMA's went down and even though everyone new that a lot of controversy would come from Miley Cyrus as the host. People still got extremely and desperately choked with what happen. Miley Cyrus ended the show performing with Drag Queens, singing about peace, love and what represents a good person. Which is someone who is himself over any status and judgement from society, that cares about turning the world more peaceful and loving. That performance was all about respect everybody for who they are and not what they do that doesn't affect any other person besides them and finding the key for peace which is love. Still people focused on the fact that she said "mother fucker", "I smoke pot" and others.

Goal: Understand the message behind what is foolish. The key for peace is love. Share love, not hate, not judgment.

Sometimes we need our time alone and it doesn't mean we are feeling lonely, but rather feeling more by ourselves. We are humans, we need each other, but sometimes taking a time to find what we are alone and see if that it's also a happy place to search for recover it's precious. We need to be able to be ourselves by ourselves, because what we are shouldn't depend of the people we walk with.

Goal: Take your time alone. See if you still can find yourself and make it untouchable. You are what you are with everyone, without yourself.

No matter how "lame" it's for you to have to learn a bunch of things you think you don't need. You need them. You don't know what will happen in the future, you need to be prepared as much as possible for any situation. Education in schools are important, but it's as much important to learn daily issues and how to solve them, social one's. That's preparation for all that can happen. Because problems don't make anybody happy.

Goal: Use and learn every bit of knowledge everyone is offering to you. You'll never know what's coming.

Competition is a natural thing, as all living beings do it, animals, plants and any other. It's suppose to be something to make us survive. But since human beings found a way to surpass the wild survival aspect of life, we now use it in a much complex way. Humans have become competitors in society to get the best things, not to survive, but to have the most pleasure in life. Although healthy competition is healthy, when you go out of control in simple daily competitions it's not ok. Some people go aggressive like life depended on that competition and it's wrong.

Goal: If you have any problem with competition, like being incapable to maintain a non obsessive and non aggressive position against others, get yourself checked, ask for help, it's not good for you or anyone. Only do healthy competition, with respect for any other competitor.

Even though I didn't have a big party for my 18th birthday today, I must say it was one of the best. My house felt like home in a long time, the smiles in everybody's face made the dark day feel as bright as a sunny day. Now I legally can do a lot of things, between them is drinking alcohol, which I will not do it. Become a grown up is more then legally do whatever we want. Is about finally reaching a point of accepting us and all our responsibilities. Is about be able to decide what is more important and what you're willing to give up to make someone happy and yourself.

Goal: Becoming a Man is not about age, it's about mentality. Get that mentality you need to make the most important choices of your life even if you aren't 18 yet. Don't lose the opportunity to be a child when you can, but don't lose either the opportunity to be a responsible Man.
