Dealing with elders is tough, I talk by personal experience. They can be very bossy, lazy and even arrogant. It seems like they don’t like us and think they know it all. But they still can be sweet and lovely sometimes. This happens only because of the degradation of their brain, so it’s not only their fault. It can be frustrating because they tend to not care about tour personal needs. Sometimes they even make emotional games, but stay calm at any cost.

Goal: Don’t try to deal with an elder all on your own. Sometimes you will need to show them what’s right and wrong and also tell them that they are not in charge anymore, because they are not able and you are the one who is taking care of them, so you are the one making the decisions. At all cost remain calm.
