Sometimes things around us do not always let us do what we want. And like in life choices sometimes we are a little push or forced to take another one besides our own. At the end we get the sense of defeat, because we were defeated this day, we did not make it to the challenge. It will always happen once in a while.
Goal: Try to be prepared for the unexpected and when that is lost too, don't worry there is always time to make up for things in your life. The next day make it up by doing what you wanted this time or to change what you feel like you need to change.
