Having a good game of focusing is essential to do best of us. Without focus we can let things pass through us without noticing. And without it we lose a lot of opportunities that could have been enough to make us truly happy even if just for a few moments.
Goal: Take every task as serious as your life. Every task is important and I do include relaxing as a task that is needed and should be done always with great precision. Give all the patient and focus to every task you decide to do.
