A person shouldn't be judge by what they look like or what they wear. Reasons behind that purely futile. A person looks the way she looks because of genetic and it's not their fault and you may not like, but somebody can. What they were can be their way of expressing and that doesn't mean everyone that wears that style is the same, because it's only a small part of them or they even can be wearing for other reasons, the only thing they are able to have or simply are forced by some other reason.
Goal: Judge people for their actions, but I mean by all of them. All of the actions a part of the beauty of someone. One few wrong actions are comparable to years of good actions. You learn about the beauty of someone by their actions.
