In my file I've met a lot of people and I would say most of them I don't have any contact now. And that is something totally normal, don't think it's bad of saying that or of you if it happened to you. And for every single person you've met you had an experience and every single one of them is unique where the only thing in common is your present body and nothing more, not even your mind was equally present. All of them is part of your life and you can never take them back. Have a gratitude for that and think they were important, because they were they've taught you something even for how small it was.
Goal: Actually try to remember and think of something you can take from that experience. Either positive or negative.
