Everybody knows they change along with the time, the key is do that change in a productive and improving way which not always happens. So we kind of have to fix those problems, not us but those wrong changes. In order to do it we need to find them first, sometimes we find it another times others find out.
Goal: Re-evaluate who you are at the moment from time to time and find out those issues and think how you can solve them. But remember be impartially.
