Through life I've heard all surd of things, from boys don't cry and helping is for losers. Believe me I once believe in it and I'm ashamed of it. But now I'm proud to say I no longer believe in it and I know the truth. I'm a boy and I cried just a few days ago and many more times in the past. I got help when I was a child and now that I'm older, guess what I'm winning. I love and i'm loved I can say what I want, because I now what I say.

Goal: Not getting help doesn't make you brave. So why not ask for it when you need. No matter if you are a girl or a boy crying is part of our biologic heritage, so cry if you need and then ask for the help you need to get back. Because you have always people ready to help you.
