"Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength."
By Corrie Ten Boom

Sometimes we get worried for apparently something huge, but in reality is just something simple. By the simple fact that we as humans are always kind of perfectionists to more than we can do, we end up getting the sense that if this task isn't complete the consequences are going to be big. We don't have to, we don't need, but it happens. We need to accept the fact that we aren't machines and we can't be perfect with everything we do, is good to be able to complete all things we have to do in a day. But if we just can't, we don't need to.

Goal: Resting is needed as much as work. If we aren't rested all of our work is worthless, because if you are tired you are not going to be able to complete the right way the task. So take pauses between work if you think you need to.
