I saw recently in a show a woman who explained that the human brain has the power to make a decision in a single second. We have that energy inside all of us, we can decide from the moment we want to start or stop doing something. You only struggle to make some decisions because you are unsure of what exactly will happen after, but you don’t have to.
Goal: Compromise yourself to start or stop doing something for an amount of time, like ten days. Every time you romp the deal start over until you fulfill the promise. This will help you to improve your ability to make decisions.
