It's beautiful and for me I must say I feel great when I help somebody or see another to help others. Right now is the only thing that kept's my faith in the humanity. But sometimes "the others" aren't the only ones who need treats, it's us too and it is good to get them from "the others" but even better is when comes from within, from ourselves, to us. Although it may sound selfish, the first ones that we have to please in our decisions (about us) it's us. We need to take care of us too. And most of the times the people who don't understand that are the ones who help the most "the others", because they care a lot about "the others" and a simple "Thank you!" feels good, but in so many it starts to fall the worth and they don't know what to do about it. What they need is to care for themselves too, give pleasure to their lives. So you should always help "the others" when you can, but never forget to care about you.
