This day means something so special for millions of people on earth and to one in special, Demetria Devonne Lovato. Today makes three years since she leaved rehab, she suffered from more then one mental illness, between them were bulimia and bipolar disorder. She reached a time in her life were she realized she needed help, that is why in November of 2010 she entered in rehab and she lives today safe with the support and love from her family, friends and fans. She's today not just living healthy, she showed people and is teaching to people how important is to realize that there's no problem in having problems you can't solve alone and that you can ask for help because there is always someone who cares and will help and support and tell you that they love you no matter what and that is why we have family and friends. Demi is now an advocate for mental health, to get more help to people who suffer from mental health issues and she is also trying to reach out to people to not be afraid of talking whenever they need, because this theme should never be taboo to talk about, there's nothing different with those person who suffer from mental illness, they only need help. So if today you feel like in need from help, ask for it, scream if needed, but don't wait for it to solve itself, because it won't and with help you can pass through any problem.
